Books as a bridge to Harrison?

Is there any books more concise and clinically oriented I can read as a bridge to Harrison and Cecil?

I think the books like ferri, pocket medicine or wash manual are too simplified for me

I think Cecil's also has an "essentials" smaller text - should be at your local med school book store, go thumb through it and see what you think.
