Boundaries (walls) of the inguinal canal

I can't seem to grasp them. I've searched high and low for 2 hours but I can't seem to really understand them. Plan B is to rote memorize them according to the 3D rectangular prism schematics. What kind of questions can Step 1 ask about them?

I've stumbled across your videos before. I couldn't find the boundaries of the inguinal canal (roof, floor, anterior + posterior walls) in your linked video but I've got it now. Thanks man, nice review series by the way!
