BS in bio to associate in dental hygiene

Hi guys,
I have a bachelor degree in biology and I'm thinking of getting an associate degree in dental hygiene. Do you think it's possible to be accepted in a degree less than the one I have?

Sure you can do it and nobody will bat an eye!
I teach in a hygiene program. We have a 2-3 BS's in every class.
(Interestingly, the number of BS's goes up during tough economic times.)

Plenty of people in my dental school’s BS Hygiene program already have another BS.
