Budgeting break time during the new STEP 3

I am taking the STEP 3 on Monday.

How did you guys budget your break time between blocks of questions for the STEP 3?

Also, what did you guys bring to eat/drink on during the exam?

How did you guys budget your break time between blocks of questions for the STEP 3?

I can't recall the total break time, but I would take 2 1-hr blocks, then a 10 minute break, then another 2 1-hr blocks, then lunch for 20 min, and then finish the last 3 1-hr blocks with short ~5 minute blocks between them. But I would also try to finish 3-5 minutes early for each block to build up some extra break time. Would feel a lot less comfortable if I hadn't built up some extra time through early completion of blocks.
