CA Rph License Help

HI All
I passed both of my the naplex and cpje on 8/6 and the CA BOP received my green sheet on 8/17, check was cashed on 8/23 but until now I still have not received my license yet nor be able to verified on the website... I have emailed them couple times but all the answer I got was some general information, what should I do next?? Gosh, so frustrated right now, never feel this powerless before.... any advise is greatly appreciated..... and is anyone else experiencing this???

hi there.. did you finally receive your license? i sent in my apps 8/31, board cashed my check on 9/16 but license still not posted as of today..

just email BOP first..... i sent mine in the middle of august and my license was posted around 9/12( however, my check was not cashed out yet by that time)
