I am in my final year of pharmacy school and graduating this may. I go to school in New York but live in San Diego and am moving back after graduating. Form 17A-16 of the California pharmacist license application requires the state board to verify my intern license and hours as part of the application. However, my state board refuses to fill out any such form and I am unsure what to do now. If there is anybody has successfully gone through this process already that could give me some advice I'd greatly appreciate it!
