Call/see me as needed?

I'm abusing the hell out of this in terms of forwarding the clock. This is pretty much the only function I use. Bad idea? It seems easier than forward the clock to some arbitrary time point and also seems better than the "Update with new labs" function as it also updates you with new labs.

Thoughts?

Anyone? I never forward the clock by a few hours or ask for interval history/do interval physical exams. Should I be doing this rather than rely on the call as needed function?
