Calling Schools to Check on Status

Hey guys, is it rude or pushy to call a school and ask for the status? I have never emailed or called the school in question, but will the office get mad or bothered with me calling and just say that my application is still "under review" or to refer to AADAS? Thanks

It depends on the school. The ones that do not want to call you will usually state that in their e-mails/ website. Most schools, I've contacted without the disclaimer have been very friendly.

You can call but chances are they won't tell you much. They will just say your app is under review please be patient.

Just phrase it as "I wanted to confirm that AADSAS is accurately displaying my application's current status with your Office. Could you please check for me? My name is __________ and my AADSAS ID is __________."
