Canadian/ 34 MCAT/ cGPA 4.0/ sCPA 4.0- Help with School List

I am going into my 4th year at a Canadian (Ontario) University Majoring in Biomedical Science. I am looking for some help with my school list and what my chances will be. I can't apply to a huge list of schools because I also plan on applying in Canada as well ($$$$!). I have not completed an english course so that also limits my options. I also don't have any research experience.

Work:
Correctional Institution (Administrative Work)- 2 years (+700 hrs)
Professional Skating Coach- 3 years (+400 hrs.)

Clinical Volunteer:
Hospital (paediatrics, mental health) (+200 hrs)

Medical (Oncology) Genetics (200 hrs)
- shadowing genetic counsellors etc. + volunteer work etc.

Extracurricular:
Competitive Figure Skater (7000 hrs)

Non-Clincal Volunteer:
Mentoring for at Risk Teen Girls (+100 hrs.)
Crisis Hotline Volunteer (+100 hrs.)

Teaching:
Statistic Teaching Assistant (+100 hrs.)
Anatomy Teaching Assistant (+100 hrs.)

Mayo only matriculated one international and I believe it was an MD PhD.

This would be a short list for a US applicant.
Unless you are pretty confident of a Canadian acceptance, 10 more would not be too many.
