Hello everyone!
There is a thread below this one of where to find true PP groups, and I wanted to post that we have an opening at ours here in beautiful Cape Cod, MA.
We are a small group of 13 anesthesiologists, working in Hyannis at Cape Cod Hospital with some wonderful PP surgeons (most of whom trained or worked in Boston, then came here to settle down with families). It really is the perfect place if you have young children, or even those of high school age, with our safe communities, excellent schools, proximity to Boston, and plenty of outdoor activities.
Completely equal and fair PP, no super partners, and everyone gets same amount of vacation weeks and holidays. Stable group that’s been with the hospital for decades, and we recently signed a new contract with our hospital this year.
1 year to partnership, with a competitive salary and benefits (401k, HSA, full health/dental) during that time and after.
We have 4-5 CRNAs work for us each day (who are employed by our group), and typically one or two docs will each cover ~2-3 CRNAs in the basic rooms, while everyone else does their own cases.
Our cases: ortho, vascular, ENT, General, Neuro / Spine, some Thoracic, some healthy Peds, OB, and occasionally cath lab
