Case Western/Cleveland Clinic addresses

I am having my support letters sent out but have not yet submitted CWRU secondary. I do not feel like rushing the essays or delaying all my letters because I do not have the addresses of where to send them, which I would recieve upon submitting the secondary. If anyone has the mailing addresses for letters of rec. to the Case Western U. medical program and Cleveland Clinic med program (both regular MD) please post!
