A patient wants to pay cash for a MILD in the office with sedation. What's a good price? What's the price in the HOPD?

Kit is about 2k, so whatever you want your margin to be.

HOPD: 6k facility fee, 1k pro fee.

Kit Price + Sedation Med/Staff Price + $1000 MD.

No clue. My practice only tracks collections. Per Vertos the procedure is not assigned an RVU value. Pro fee should be $600-1100 based on MAC/location. I guess you can back out an RVU/wRVU based on whatever your conversion factor is.

I think kits cost $2500ish for the ASC here.

13 seems pretty good .. I thought since it still has a T code, it was not assigned wRVUs yet

How long is it going to take you and how much could you profit doing something else in the same time? Make sure you cover your expenses + at least the profit you could make, ideally more given the nature of the procedure.
