CEP America Senior Residents Day?

Is anyone going to the CEP America Senior Residents Day in Chicago in August? It's a one day presentation about job search/financial planning/malpractice issues etc. Has anyone been in the past that could comment on whether or not it's a helpful program?

2 of us from my program are going this year. Just to check it out I guess. Hey, it's paid for. 3 people went last year but didn't really comment on whether it was helpful or not. Mainly just out for a good time...

Think of it like a free time share vacation. You're going there for something. If you're willing to sit through it, and think you're able to figure out the lies from the outright lies, then sure.
Otherwise, have fun in Chicago.
