We're are considering the purchase of the Challenger Program for our residency. Any thoughts/comments on the program? If you are currently using it or have used it in the past, for how long?

Eeessh, that's pricy. I bought HIPPO:EM out of my own money to study for the in-service and would highly recommend that (no financial ties). That was a lot cheaper and pretty fun to listen to. I did really well on the in-service. I'd check it out - you can test it for free for a few hours, IIRC.
