I am a junior double majoring in electrical and bio engineering from a top 10 college.
I am an asian male and a green card holder. I am planning on taking the MCAT next summer but was wondering if I really have a chance since my GPA is quite low.
Thanks.

youre in the hunt. most people will tell you here on sdn youll need a 34+

assuming the sci gpa is similar, i think with good ec's, lors, etc a 32+ should be enough to gain acceptance to an MD school

obviously shoot for as high as possible to increase your chances

You have this year and next year (at least) to work on raising your GPA to a more competitive level. There is no rule that you have to apply to med school before your senior year. Wait to apply until your application is the best you can make it.
