Tons of threads and data published by the NRMP on this. Every piece of information will tell that you that, barring any huge personality flaw, you will match. For the sake of JUST matching categorical, research and 1/2nd year grades hardly matter and your step I is fine. The only downside is lacking clinical honors (esp. surg) but people match without it. Your profile looks the same ,sans clinical honors, as mine and I matched into a very good academic surgical program.
