chances of getting into anesthesia this year

So I am an IMG with scores step 1 - 219 step 2 ck 244 all first attempt, will be taking cs this July. 3 great LOR's from Covenant healthcare, 1 from head of anesthesia department. currently EM resident PGY 1 in my home country, chose EM program because it's based on Emory University EM department residency curriculum and was recently registered with the effort of one professor from Emory. (EM residencies have just started to emerge in many countries of Europe, and anesthesia program is really weak here) + it gives me a good chance to secure observership in Grady hospital Atlanta.

I have always wanted to continue my training in anesthesia, the field I totally love, but I'm so disappointed and demotivated because of my low step 1 score.

any suggestions on what my chances are/how can I improve my chances

maybe I should consider something else
