I was told the rule of thumb is IMG must score 20 or so points higher than MD/DO from american schools. It is easier Caribbean MDs than other IMG.

I would recommend applying to alot of community programs.

Based on the newest Charting Outcomes in the Match, your scores are a tiny bit on the low side for independent appliants (but right on average for US medical grads). Your probability of matching based only on Step 1 score is in the general vicinity of 50-60%. My suggestion would be to apply VERY broadly and make sure that you've got great letters and experience.
