Cheat Sheets for Billing

Hey Peeps,

Wondering if anyone out there has any cheat sheets for billing specifically for psychiatry in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Sometimes I find myself writing long narratives and bill lower than I should in both residency and my moonlighting places. I have a general one for any medical field but would be nice to have a cheat sheet for psychiatry, so I can bill more and just have the key points in my notes. Also, any tips in how to bill higher that most people may do day to day but oversee would be appreciated. Thanks!
