You could have one office and one rent check, and have two pay checks!! Billing would be a nightmare, but who cares? Just think how much money you could make. And if you went to medical school too, and got a law degree, you could have 4 practices in ONE office. You could botch a neck adjustment, have a MD look at it and Sue yourself all under the same roof!!!

Seriously though, Get a masters.
