I'm super confused about this "loan" to the PAC. What's the point of loaning the PAC money? I assume like most loans the PAC will need to pay it back, so it's not really a donation. Or is it to make it look like the PAC is getting big donors, so other people donate? That seems really shady. Or is it a "loan" which ultimately gets forgiven to bypass donation limits in some way?
