Class Research Presentation Idea

So for I have to take a BIO research course next semester. On the first day we are expected to have picked a topic, and from then on out we will have to come up with a hypothesis concerning that topic be research and present prove/disprove ect. (ex. correlation between obesity and alcohol consumption)

It can be anything biologically or medically related. I have a couple of ideas in mind, but I just wanted some feedback on what you think some really great ideas are. And I'm pretty much interested in anything medical.
