This is what a typical day is like for me in private practice, excepts for the part about the staff's patients.

Yeah, but I'm sure you make more than $40,000 a year and I certainly hope that you're happy with your job. No job is worth being miserable.

I am pretty familiar with your fellowship and it is not that hard.
Yes you have to SCORE a lot every day which is hard early on where as we had to score 4 daily for the first month and then only a couple of times a week (the techs would do the others).
But the scoring is important because it makes you learn. Do you need to do it for the whole year? Probably not but there isn't a lot of harm in it.
The total number of hours worked is not that much. After all, you aren't an attending.
 
what did this post originally say? I'm curious to hear about the cleveland clinic fellowship as it was one of the places i was going to look at.
