i am still laughing at the suggestion that interpreting the emg on a BIS is as much a part of my job as interpreting the EKG... great example of logic gone askew
Your job is to keep the patient safe. Part of that is interpreting the information provided by the monitors (all of them). Some monitors are more important than others.
