Is there a difference between these two terms? They seem very similar to me.



Also, I don't understand why TPR listed CBT under social cognitive theory considering that CBT is about fixing negative attitudes that affect behavior through reconditioning and desensitization and social cognitive theory is about observational learning and how behavior, personal, and environmental factors are all related to create behavior.
