Columbia Dental School 3rd Letter. Mail or Email?

Hello, I was just wondering if it would be acceptable for my science professor to send it via email. Or should she send it as a physical copy via USPS? I'm asking this because I already have a max number of letters on my aadsas app (2 sciences, 1 non-science, 1 dentist). Also, What should she add in the letter other than my AADSAS number and my name? Thank you!
