Hey guys. I just wanted to get more information about a residency in compounding. What are your experiences with it? Pros and cons? How many residency programs exist? Anything at all would help!

The only one I've ever heard of was an unaccredited residency in FL. It's sponsored by a compounding pharmacy based out of Jacksonville.

You really do not need a residency to get into compounding. I work in a compounding pharmacy in NY and was able to land this position pretty easily after graduating last year.
