Confusing allele frequency question--please help!

If anyone could help me out with this confusing word problem that only has two rates in it, but asks for an expected allele frequency, I WOULD REALLY REALLY APPRECIATE IT! I'm stuck and I know that theres someone out there that might be able to help! I can't post here but if you could private message me! I would love you for life! Thanks so much, it's for an Evolution class!
