Courtesy emails from Colorado?Please help!

Does anyone receive email from Colorado? I put Colorado on the list through CAAPID, but I did not submit it yet since it is not rolling based. They send me an email to remind me to complete the application. It said that that they have interest on me. I am wondering if it is just a courtesy letter? Does anyone from Colorado can share some experience?
