CoverMyMeds prior auth issues with Wellmark insurance

Have any of you guys had any issues submitted prior auths in CoverMyMeds for patients with Wellmark/Caremark pharmacy insurance and it not going through. Wellmark contracts out to caremark to process their claims and prior authorizations. When doing a caremark only PA, I have no issues. With Wellmark, I will end up calling and Caremark tells me they can see the PA that I created in CoverMyMeds but that it is "stuck." This has been happening since mid-March. Was wondering if anyone else was having any issues with this.
