Applying this coming cycle (I am a junior now). Any suggestions, critiques, etc are welcome. Thanks in advance!

Top 20 Liberal Arts College on East Coast
Ethnic Dance Club (co-president), 3rd year (but have done for 10 years), about 6 hours per week
Play piano and take lessons, 12 years, a couple hours a week
Summer Research Internship position at NIH (this summer will be my third summer)
About 70 hours of physician shadowing in a couple different specialties
Helped create an education non-profit and am editor of its publications
About 70 hours of volunteering in a hospital (with real patient contact, not just administrative work)
About 20 hours volunteering in a physical therapy practice at a nursing home
Participate in an outreach program to mentor at-risk youth, about 5 hours per week, 60 hours so far

GPA=3.7
MCAT=508

Your GPA and MCAT are both average, so no issues there. Your shadowing is great. Research looks good. However, your clinical experience is on the low side. I would suggest beefing up your volunteering and trying to get any kind of clinical experience you can before applying.
