Current MD/PhD student seeking advice via PM

Hi,

I'm looking for advice on a current situation regarding my PhD experience (hint: not the greatest) and how I should potentially approach the rest of the PhD and return to MS3/4 when it comes to putting my best foot forward for residency and if there's anything I can do. I'd appreciate advice from recent graduates, faculty, and/or directors (MSTP or residency) and would prefer to explain concerns via PM.
