I know there are probably many threads about dentistry in Hawaii, but I didn't know if there was any new information about it. My wife is a nurse and we are trying to figure out if it is possible to survive in Hawaii as a dentist and a nurse. Is it hard to afford the cost of living? Is it hard to find a dental and nursing job in Hawaii? What are the best islands to live on? etc. etc.
