Furnished 677 sq foot condo with huge balcony, on-site [new] gym and pool, 12th floor panoramic rooftop with views of mountains and downtown Denver. Kitchen is loaded. Office nook in bedroom which boasts a queen-sized high-density foam mattress, dresser, and closet. All utilities included. Perfect location - easy access to the city in a nice residential environment with four grocery stores within 10 minutes walking (incl Trader Joe's and Whole Foods) and lovely Cheesman Park only 12 minutes away by foot. You'd be welcome to use my road bike while here. Quiet building with good respectful neighbors.
