Designating Different Classes for Different Schools?

Is it possible to designate different prerequisites for different schools? For instance, I had a C- in O-Chem. Some schools will accept it and others won't. It also puts my math/science GPA below a 3.2, which is what my first choice requires. If possible it would be great to list it as my "Chem 2" for the schools that accept it and to mention that I will be taking it next semester for the schools that don't. This way if I get into one of my better schools then I can retake it next semester. If not then I won't have to worry about it.

Unfortunately no. When using PTCAS, the exact same transcript will be used by every school.
