Different Degrees

I was looking into 4 year accelerated graduate Medical courses, and I came across a few and did not know what the difference between them was. Can someone let me know what the difference between these are....

4FT Hon MBChB
4FT Hon MB
4FT MBBS
4FT Hon BMBCh4

There's no difference between any of them! They are all "Bachelor of Medicine" and "Bachelor of Surgery" degrees...
