Discrepancy between EK P/S scores and AAMC FL P/S?

I took all four EK FL's and got 80% + on every P/S section. Today I took my first AAMC FL and scored in the 50% range.

Has anyone else experienced this? Perhaps the AAMC FL's (and thus the actual MCAT) focus on different material/types of questions than EK. I'm open to any feedback folks have in this area. P/S was the area I felt most confident on and I wasn't planning on needing to devote much time to it over the next month. (I am supposed to test 14 September.) Now I feel really conflicted and my confidence is seriously shaken.
