Does 100th percentile MCAT with Unique ECs balance out 3.67 GPA for T20s?

I was hoping to graduate with a 3.7 but unfortunately, I don't think it's likely. Everything else in my application is solid but this. I'm definitely applying broadly but just curious on my chances like NYC schools like NYU & Columbia.
