Does Breath RX rinse stain teeth?

so I went to get a prophy a couple days ago, and the hygenist told me i had a lot of stains. I told her I use crest pro health and breath rx rinse. so I did a little search online to see if it was true and i was surprised that there were so many complaints on CPH rinse. however, there were no complaints about breath rx rinse.

so apparently stannous fluoride in CPH toothpaste causes staining. however, the CPH rinse doesn't contain stannous fluoride. it contains CPC, which according to wiki also stains teeth. Breath RX's main ingredient is also CPC. however, there have been no complaints about Breath RX staining teeth during my extensive search online.

Does anyone know if Breath RX rinse also stains teeth?

I'm not sure of Breath RX does, but I was also told by my former orthodontist that the Crest Pro Health does stain teeth, but if I used it once a day (which I now do), that it wont.

hmm..i'll probably switch to closys or smart mouth.

ACT rinse also contains CPC...
