A question out of curiosity. ERAS says that all applications submitted 9/5 through 9/15 are timestamped as received 9/15. But programs have access to applications starting 9 am EST on 9/15.
So what happens if you apply at noon on 9/15? Is your application any noticeably different to the programs than one submitted before 9 am?
I suppose this only matters if a program was downloading applications between 9 am and whenever you apply, but I imagine most program directors have better things to do with their Sunday mornings.
