That sounds like an awesome opportunity. I agree with the positives you list. Only clear downside I see is the pay, but I'd say the experience and skills you'll obtain outweigh that if it's doable for you finacially. If you've been wanting to go into global health and policy and management, this would be a hard thing to pass up - sounds like it has all of what you want rolled into one.
