Im wondering what the light rays would look like, considering the image never actually forms before it hits the second lens.
Perhaps someone could share such an example?

Also, is this what happens with glasses?

What would happen if the second lens was inside of the first len's focal point?

You can still do it using the object formed by the first lens as a virtual object. You have to be very careful about the signs.
