Don't think like the punk insurance and gov turns you into, where the only way to make more $ when they cut reimbursement is for you to work more or provide patiets with less.

You are acting out the single law corporate capitalism, increase the profit margin for your shareholders-by law-no matter what the societal cost. Work more, provide less, take a pay cut, wait longer for payment. Don't pass this negative karma onto your patients with BS 10 min visits. Get off the assembly line and make new moves, cash or its equivalent like fonzie, barter, work directly with employers/schools/rehabs to cut middle men crooks out.

These insurance changes have very little to do with increased coverage or curbing healthcare costs. Not for a second. The excise taxes imposed are passed on to the consumer aka taxpayer which puts a bandaid on the bursting pyramid scheme we pay into. Penalties to non insured who cant afford it are a tax on the employer, who then has even less money to pay for health insurance for their employee. For years in anticipation of these changes insurance companies like kaiser have stockpiled like half a billion in cash from usury like premium hikes, so these companies are tightening their belts we just prepaid this tax. They will stay around as profit margins are still huge, predictable, and every us citizen is your market by law or they get in trouble.

Gold, bronze????? Can u take these a holes serious for a second. Its like getting scammed by the worst used car salesman ever. They dont even put effort when they scam us, its like 5 minute prep before announce it.

We are talking about 2.6 trillion, almost 30% our GDP, and the industry with highest profit margin businesses around next to oil. Healthcare in our country is a gold mine for businesses more than anything else. Forget oil, defense manufacturing, finance, IT. They don't bring the returns for investment that bleeding our own population for healthcare services does. Besides pharm, med devices, and drug delivery which is provided with antiinnovative patent protection rights, established research chemicals funded by taxpayers for drug development, and monopolized production/distribution they basically took over street drugs with pain pills.

And on top of the huge profit margin for these industries, you pay another huge one to insurance when you contract health services through them. 30-50% at each level is not outlandish with accounting techniques held standard. Plusssss their profits are infused into wall street where speculative financial instruments inflates our cost more. Costs first rose with the privatization of social services under reagan and introduction of the hmo with nixon. Throw in some unregulated financial instruments and a boom market, as well as the collapse of every other aspect of our economy and homes, this becomes a very important source of bacon to some people. I mean you gut the financial sector, and this with EMR and escript requirements gives them a mainline in real time of health information and spending. Information is money to them.

1.2 trillion, half, you could provide "basic income" of 1k a month tax free to everyone 26 to social security age who isnt already receiving disability/ssi/retirement. As thomas paine advocated, and more important for our day and time. This removes the number of social admissions and ed visits to hospitals. Improved financial security improves mental health, less suicide and depression.

This money is actually spent back into the economy on real goods and services like food, rent, transportation to increase jobs and business revenue. You don't put people through humiliating and tortuous mazes to get this income, you just get it so no admin or gov cost. Its not even half our profit soaked healthcare gdp and would improve actual healthcare outcomes significantly more. Its totally fundable by a wealth tax, land rather than property tax, closing the tax shelter countries that surround us-carribean, panama.

Our government isnt capitalism and profits are protected under the constitution. Besides the point that states rights can trump fed and a local municipal can trump both.
