DRG stimulator trials in office; what is your profit?

I'm doing them clinic at a low volume but considering ramping up. They take a lot of time. Wondering what kind of profit you are seeing doing DRG stim trials in office and what tips you have to make them financially viable. Traditional DCS / SCS I can throw in and out quickly but DRG takes a rather long time.
