anyone knows how this works?
if someone has dual citizenship from two foreign countries and is applying to a US school - can that person "choose" to apply as a citizen of either country?
for instance - say they have citizenship from a "regular, other" country e.g. Canada, and another citizenship from a second, relatively underrepresented country e.g. well - i dunno what would be underrepresented, but let's say a model 3rd world country. let's also say this person travels frequently between the two countries so that they have significant links in both countries.
would the person have an advantage if they applied as a citizen of the underrepresented country?
