Duggans prep instruments and Loupes

i got into an international program and am selling the materials i used for the duggan prep course and my bench exams. this includes hand instruments and and typodont for about half the regular price and also have a set of loupes that have barely been used that i got for around $600 and selling for $400.

loupes for $400 is really good.. are they new?
