So I'm just getting started on a per diem job with a new, very small practice. They give all the providers laptops with eclinicalworks installed. I had "orientation" yesterday, which consisted of one individual having me leaning over the desk with the desktop screen turned around and the keyboard angled towards me, because my laptop wasn't ready yet. The instructions given to me were very random, while the "trainer" was doing about 100 other things.
I'm confused and I know I will forget things.
I went to the eclinicalworks web site and there doesn't seem to be any tutorials. Really?
How the bleep am I supposed to learn how to use this system, and use it efficiently and well?
Are there tutorials available? I'm not finding any.
