Epic description of medicine search

I need help finding the post of a user on here who gave an amazing description of medicine/medical school. Something along the lines of, "Those who enjoy medical school are your everyday autistic types..."

There was obviously more to it than that. I'm really upset that I didn't save it because it was such a good laugh. Anyone know what I'm talking about?
