Eye pain effexor

I have a young healthy female patient on Effexor. She was taking 75 mg then increased to 112.5 and felt short of breath so she backed off to 75. After she backed off she developed eye pain without vision changes or n/v. This has been happening for a week. Describes it as not a headache but eye pain with photophobia. Obviously this is not acute angle glaucoma but could this be increased iop due to Effexor. I asked her to start tapering and put a call in to her ophthalmologist.
