USMLE Failed Step 1/Step 2 CK; What are the chances in residency?

Hello all.
Went to Antigua Caribbean School.

Step 1: Failed, retook it, passed it but with a low score
Step 2 CK: Failed, retook it, passed it with a 228

Was wondering what exactly do I do now and where to go from here.
